Instant Rock it Fuel Icecream
A two-ingredient frozen treat ready in minutes
Now that the weather is well and truly warming up, here’s a quick, creamy treat that feels a little bit special but takes almost no preparation. It might sound too good to be true, but believe me it’s good and it’s true! Meet Instant Rock it Fuel Icecream.
Made with just one frozen banana and Rock it Fuel, this simple recipe blends into a delicious soft-serve-style ice cream in minutes. It is perfect for an afternoon snack, an after-school treat or whenever the family feels like something cold, creamy and delicious.

Ingredients
1 ripe banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
30 g Rock it Fuel
Method
Add the frozen banana and 30 g of Rock it Fuel to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. The mixture should become thick and resemble soft serve. Depending on your blender, you may need to pause once or twice to help everything blend evenly.
Spoon into a bowl and enjoy immediately for the best soft-serve texture.
Add your favourite toppings
This recipe is delicious as it is, but you can add your favourite toppings for extra flavour and texture. Try fresh berries, sliced banana, coconut, cinnamon, crushed nuts or a drizzle of nut butter.
For a little extra crunch, sprinkle over cacao nibs or your favourite granola. Let the kids choose their own toppings for a fun, simple dessert bar the whole family can enjoy.

A quick note about freezing
Instant Rock it Fuel Icecream is at its creamiest when enjoyed straight from the blender. You can also make it ahead of time and store it in the freezer, but it will firm up more than the freshly blended version. Allow it to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
Why we love it
This recipe is quick, simple and made with ingredients you can feel good about serving your family. The frozen banana creates a naturally creamy base, while Rock it Fuel makes it easy to add a nourishing boost without making the recipe complicated.
It is a clever way to turn everyday ingredients into a fun family favourite—with no ice-cream maker, no complicated steps and no waiting around.
Keep a banana stash in the freezer
Keep a few ripe bananas peeled, sliced and stored in an airtight container or freezer bag. That way, you will always be ready to blend up a batch whenever the craving strikes.
