I've explored many food philosophies over the years, from vegetarian and raw food diets to paleo, and what I have learned is that there is no “one diet fits all.” What I do believe in wholeheartedly is the power of real, whole, nutrient-dense food.
Having run my own architecture practice while homeschooling three children and managing a hobby farm — and now studying nutrition while my kids are at school — I understand the daily juggle of getting good food on the table (and into lunchboxes) when time is scarce. But I also know it can be done, and I’d love to show you how to make it easier, quicker, and more joyful.
After many years in the Byron Hinterland, I now live in Tasmania with my husband and our three daughters, where I continue to learn, grow and share my love for whole, real food with families everywhere.
